Job Overview
Start your CNA career with Logan Health. Paid classroom instruction, hands‑on clinical experience, and full support to pass the Montana State CNA exam – earn a paycheck as a Logan Health employee from day one. You will be interviewed and hired into a specific unit and schedule before training begins.
Units & Schedules- Skilled Nursing – Brendan House
:
Days 3×12 (6:30am–7:00pm), Nights 3×12 (6:30pm–7:00am), Days 5×7.5 (6:30am–2:30pm), Evenings 5×7.5 (2:30pm–10:30pm) - Acute Care Unit
:
Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm), Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am) - Surgical / Oncology Unit

Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm), Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am)
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring.
- Support patients pre‑ and post‑operatively with comfort, safety and dignity.
- Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with RNs, providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate, patient‑first mindset.

September8, 2026 (Tuesday after Labor Day). - Training dates:
September8 – October
2. - Weeks1–2:
Classroom (didactic) and skills lab (Mon‑Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm). - Weeks3–4:
Clinical rotations & acute‑care training; additional unit‑specific training, simulations and role‑specific competencies. - Includes textbook and voucher for scrubs. Cohort closes once 35 qualified candidates are identified.
Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, reference checks, drug screening, health and immunizations screening, and physical demand review.
