Logan Health Children's, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team!

Located in the beautiful Flathead Valley, Logan Health Children's is elevating pediatric care across the region. Our inviting, underwater-themed PICU environment is designed with kids in mind and supported by a compassionate, skilled team. • Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period

• Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned

• Current Montana RN license or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
• RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.
• PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting

• Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
• Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
• Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Full-time hours/schedule, 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
