At Logan Health, our Float Pool team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced hospital setting while gaining experience in a variety of departments.

What You'll Get
- Weekend Differential: +$2.25/hr
- NOC Differential: +$3.75/hr
- Flexible PRN scheduling

What You'll Do
- Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, comfort, and safety
- Obtain and report vital signs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Document care accurately and report changes in condition
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Montana CNA certificate
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
Preferred:
- Previous healthcare or hospital experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
