In this role, you will work closely with nursing and therapy teams to carry out restorative programs that help residents build strength, maintain function, and stay engaged in their daily routines. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, encouraging progress, and making a positive difference each day.

As a Restorative Aide, you will assist residents with restorative nursing programs and activities designed to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting residents with walking, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and other restorative care activities
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging independence whenever possible
  • Following individualized restorative care plans as directed by nursing and therapy staff
  • Documenting resident participation, progress, and any changes or concerns
  • Communicating with nurses, therapists, and care team members to help ensure continuity of care
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents
  • Building trusting relationships with residents and supporting their dignity, comfort, and quality of life

We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults and residents in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate is encouraging, attentive, and able to motivate residents while providing compassionate care.

  • Current CNA certification preferred/required depending on facility requirements
  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or direct patient care preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

Logan Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, designed to support your health, financial well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance. Benefits may include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Employer-provided life insurance and additional voluntary coverage options
  • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options
  • Paid time off and holiday pay for eligible full-time and part-time employees
  • Differential pay for eligible evening, night, and weekend shifts
  • Retirement benefits
  • Education assistance for approved academic courses
  • Employee Assistance Program resources
  • Wellness program offerings, including coaching, classes, and incentives
  • Employee discounts and additional employee support programs

At Brendan House, you will be part of a team that values compassion, teamwork, and resident-centered care. This role gives you the opportunity to help residents maintain their independence, celebrate small victories, and feel supported in their daily lives.
