Delivers basic and advanced patient care under the guidance and direction of RNs and LPNs to safely meet the needs of the patient in the assigned area(s).;
Performs administrative tasks in an organized and accurate manner as applicable to assigned area(s) procedure and protocol.;
Assists in HUC duties and makes customer service a priority.;
Performs assessment while taking the patient’s vital signs and informs the RN/LPN of any abnormalities and/or changes in the patient’s condition.;
Phlebotomy:
Performs venipuncture to standard, including site selection and equipment choice.
