Join our dynamic ENT & Lung Clinic team in Kalispell, MT!

This PRN position supports the ENT & Lung Clinic in delivering exceptional care to patients with pulmonary and ENT conditions. It’s ideal for an RN who values variety, meaningful patient interaction, and collaboration with a dedicated team committed to outstanding outcomes.

Here's some of what you'll be doing:
* Rooming patients, obtaining medical history
* Perform vitals, blood draws, IVs, and assist with other in clinic testing such as respiratory function evaluations.
* Process medication refills and follow up on provider results
* Conduct nurse assessments and report findings to providers
* Patient reminder and follow up calls
* Triage patient needs and medication refills
* Work alongside specialty providers and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care!
* Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists for further evaluation or treatment.
* Assist in coordinating and scheduling diagnostic tests, procedures, and follow-up appointments for patients.

* Qualifications:

*** Current Montana RN License
** or
* * a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
* BSN degree preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing experience preferred.
* RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
* Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.

Specific Duties :
*** Performs patient assessment. Utilizes all available sources of information and incorporates the patient’s perception of illness.
* Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate.
* Consistently identifies safety issues concerning the patient and staff during visit.
* Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider.
* Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
* Participates in the development and delivery of education and competency validation of clinical staff.
* Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an on-going basis per department standards.
* Administers medications per provider order.
* Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking and completing all department competencies.
