Logan Health Children's, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team!

Seasonal Position Details:

Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)
Additional night and weekend shift differential pay - $5.00 night and $2.25 weekend

Minimum Qualification:

Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned

What You’ll Need:

Current Montana RN license or compact license required

Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferredRQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.

PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer.

APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer.

Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICUProvide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed

Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment

Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients

Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
