The Assistant to the Store Manager for Suit Your Fancy Lingerie and Adult Boutique will perform daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, store organization, and cleanliness. The Assistant will be responsible for operating the store two days a week, with one day working alongside the Manager.

• Operate the store during open hours, arriving by 10am for pre-opening tasks such as banking, vacuuming, restocking, watering the lawn, etc. Stay after closing to complete close-down processes like bank deposits, POS closing, and time-sensitive projects.
• Assist with inventory projects as directed by the Manager.
• Re-stock inventory by checking daily receipts against stock data and replenishing accordingly.
• Follow and oversee the cleaning schedule.
• Assist the Manager with social media posts.
• Maintain strong organizational skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
• Manage time effectively.
• Adhere to proper work dress code.
• Maintain a bright and cheerful demeanor.
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic.
• Separate work time from personal time.

• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and social media platforms.
