At Pepsi of Kalispell we have a passion to succeed as a locally owned business. As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will be stocking our wide‑ranging product portfolio in many stores in the Flathead Valley, meeting Pepsi of Kalispell standards. Our items are in many locations throughout the stores—walking the store upon arrival is crucial to ensuring all locations are stocked.

• Possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and motor‑vehicle insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.

• Follow a list of Standard Operating Procedures that will be gone over during the onboarding process.

• Communicate with many different people daily such as sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other merchandisers, and store customers.
• Construct displays with store or sales representative display guides and being creative with approved ideas.
• Regularly lift 75 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with a hand truck or other lifting device.
• Push/pull carts and pallets of our products.
• Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Be exposed to a moderate noise level in the stores.
• Stock products in the store in accordance with sell‑by dates to ensure fresh product.
• Exercise attention to detail.
• Possess a high school diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
• Be able to work 40 hours a week. There is potential for overtime in the summer.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must meet company driver qualifications.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.

Some states require employees to be 21 years of age or older when promoting, merchandising, and delivering alcoholic beverages.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
