Job OverviewRetail Display Installer – Technology. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field services management communication within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and in teams of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; early morning hours and holidays may be required based on store/client requirements. The role requires flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability may be required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication between internal teams, clients, and field representatives.
Leadership & Cross‑functional WorkDemonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company. Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and ensure respectful communication with all team members. Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
Customer & Client SatisfactionEnsure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves according to established shared‑service field KPIs determined by field management. Be open to provide and receive feedback.
Qualifications- Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
- Will have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to adjust to a variety of tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in, photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- Preferred:
Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. - Own Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data.
- Must complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame.
- $18.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
