Position Summary:
Stock product across multiple stores in the Flathead Valley, ensuring all locations are stocked according to Pepsi of Kalispell standards.

Responsibilities- Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Maintain a good driving record.
- Be reliable and follow Standard Operating Procedures outlined during onboarding.
- Act as a team player and communicate with sales reps, store clerks, managers, other merchandisers, and customers.
- Construct displays using store or sales representative display guides and be creative with approved ideas.
- Regularly lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. using a hand truck or other lifting devices.
- Push/pull carts and pallets of products.
- Be exposed to a moderate noise level in stores.
- Stock products in accordance with sell‑by dates to ensure freshness.
- Exercise attention to detail.
- Hold a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
- Work 40 hours a week, with potential overtime in the summer.
- Supervisory responsibilities:
None.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must meet company driver qualifications. - Communication
Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations. - Mathematical
Skills:
Perform basic math functions and interpret rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs. - Other
Qualifications:
Some states require employees to be 21 years of age or older when promoting, merchandising, and delivering alcoholic beverages. - Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions and solve problems in standardized situations. - Competencies:

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear; occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted and sometimes 100 lbs. with a hand‑truck or other manual lifting device.
Work EnvironmentRegular exposure to moderate noise; occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
