Retail Beverage Merchandiser – Polson, MT

Location:

Kalispell, Montana.

• Stock product shelves across multiple store locations and ensure proper placement according to sell‑by dates.
• Walk the store upon arrival to verify all locations are stocked and ready for display.
• Construct product displays following sales representative guides and approved creative ideas.
• Lift and move products up to 100lbs with a hand truck or other lifting device; push and pull carts and pallets of merchandise.
• Communicate daily with sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other merchandisers, and customers.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures reviewed during onboarding.
• Work as a team player to achieve customer satisfaction and adapt to a constantly changing market.
• Maintain safety, attention to detail, and reliable punctuality in a physical work environment.

• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and motor‑vehicle insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Good driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Physical ability to lift 75lbs regularly and occasionally 100lbs using a hand truck.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills to interpret rates, ratios, percentages, and simple graphs.
• Current or intended age 21years or older (required in some states for alcohol promotion and delivery).
• Must meet company driver qualifications.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, reach, and occasionally sit; lift and move up to 70lb unassisted and up to 100lb using a hand‑truck. The work environment is typically moderate and may expose employees to outdoor weather conditions.
