As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will stock and display a wide range of products across stores in the Flathead Valley, ensuring store standards and customer satisfaction.

• Stock product in stores according to sell‑by dates to maintain freshness.
• Construct displays based on store or sales representative guides and use approved creative ideas.
• Lift 75 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs. using hand trucks or lifting devices.
• Push and pull carts and pallets of product.
• Communicate daily with sales reps, store receiving clerks, store managers, other merchandisers, and customers.
• Adapt to a constantly changing, competitive market.
• Remain reliable, punctual, and a team player to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures reviewed during onboarding.
• Exercise attention to detail and handle and reach with hands and arms as required.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and motor‑vehicle insurance.
• Pass criminal background check, drug test, and maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or one to three months related experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Must meet company driver qualifications.
• Strong communication skills: read, write, and present information clearly.
• Basic mathematical abilities (rate, ratio, percent, graph interpretation).
• Reasoning ability to solve standardized problems with concrete variables.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 70 lbs unassisted; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs using devices.

• Specific vision requirements include close vision and focus adjustment.
• Noise level usually moderate; occasional exposure to outside weather.

• Employed in stores with moderate noise levels.
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions when required.
• Potential for overtime during summer periods.
