Job Description | Sales Associate – Montana Division
Full-Time | Kalispell, Montana
Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As a Sales Associate at iRentEverything/Rapid Response, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking portable restroom and restroom trailer rentals, as well as other event rentals as needed. This role supports revenue growth in the Montana market by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying customer needs, preparing accurate quotes, and supporting the CEO in closing rental opportunities. You will have access to a company vehicle and will need to visit event sites from time to time to ensure the vision sold is received well and set up correctly by our staff.
Whata Typical Day Looks Like
You will manage inbound calls and emails; gather event and site details; conduct and track inventory; prepare quotes; follow up with clients; visit event sites or conduct site visits; and coordinate closely with the CEO to close rental agreements.
What you’ll DoYour duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as primary point of contact for Montana clients
- Gather quantities, site details, and rental duration
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
- Support the CEO with sales coordination
- Maintain CRM records
- Follow up on open opportunities
- Conduct site visits
- Manage inventory
- Coordinate with other locations of the company to make sure we have the right equipment in Montana, and it is not at another iRent location.
- 1+ years in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- CRM experience preferred
