This role will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales opportunities by working closely with the Product Specialist to convert leads into customers.

Additionally,this specialist willcollaboratewiththemarketingteamtodevelopeffective campaigns and materials to strengthen our brand presence.

Job Description
  • Identifyandengagepotentialcustomersinthecellandgenetherapyspace.
  • Developadeepunderstandingofvaryingcustomerworkflows,challenges,andunmetneedstopositionourtechnologies,services,andproducts effectively.
  • Leveragemultiplechannelsandtechnologies(e.g.,digital marketing, networking, social media, and events) to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Generate,qualify,andnurtureleadsto ensureasteadypipelineofopportunities.
  • Workcloselywiththe Product Specialisttoconvertleadsintocustomersby
  • demonstratingvalueof ourproductsandofferings.
  • Establishandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyindustrystakeholders.
  • Representcompanyatindustryconferences,trade shows,andcustomersites to promoteourcapabilitiesandengagewithpotential customers.
  • Collaboratewiththemarketingteamtocreatetargetedcampaignsthatenhancebrand visibility and market penetration.
  • Provide insights into customer needs to develop marketing materials, brochures, presentations,anddigitalcontentthateffectivelycommunicateourstrengths.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including website content, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Conductmarketresearchandcompetitoranalysistorefineoursales and marketing strategies.
  • Actasthefirstpointofcontactforpotentialcustomers,ensuringaseamlessexperiencefrominitialoutreachtofinal conversion.
  • Workcross-functionallywithinternalteamstoalign ourofferingswithcustomer requirements and expectations.
  • Maintaindetailedrecordsofcustomerinteractionsandmarketfeedbacktocontinuously refine sales approaches.
  • Global travel to attend industry conferences,trade shows,customer sites, and to attend internal company meetings, as needed.
  • Flexibilityinworkinghoursisrequiredtosupportcustomersacrossvarioustime zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years in a product-focused or technical sales role, with at least five (5) years within the biopharma, CDMO, or cell and gene therapy industry.
  • Proven trackrecordin lead generation,customer engagement,and sales conversion.
  • Strong relationship-buildingandinterpersonalskills.
  • Abilitytounderstandandanalyzevaryingcustomerworkflowsandpainpointsto position our technologies, services, and products effectively.
  • Experience inleveragingmultiple channels and technologies (digital marketing, CRM tools, networking, social media, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Experienceinleadgeneration,CRMtools,and salesfunnelmanagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Abilitytocollaboratewiththe Product Specialist and Marketingteamtodrive  business growth.
  • Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with a start-up or rapidly growing company that is relatively new to the market.
Physical & Mental Demands
  • Regularly required to sit, walk, bend, and stand in an office environment.
  • Expected to effectively communicate in person, on phone, and via email and other electronic devices on a continual and repetitive basis.
  • Will need to repeatedly use hands to finger, handle, feel and operate standard office equipment.
  • Day to day responsibilities may require lifting, moving, carrying, and maneuvering materials up to 25 pounds alone; heavier with assistance.
  • Able to travel domestically and globally via car, train, airline, bus and other forms of public and hired modes of transportation.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
