Overview
The Member Experience Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets across multiple branch locations. The role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage members and promote AAA products and services.
Responsibilities- Perform fundamental customer interactions including member services and product sales.
- Use consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
- Promote AAA products and services to members and reinforce the value of membership.
- Adapt solutions to each branch environment and consistently apply standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall branch success.
- Provide guidance and assistance within the suite of AAA services such as Member Experience, Member Services, Concierge, DMV/MVD, Auto, Travel, Unlicensed Insurance Services, and Smart Home Security.
- Work with multiple computer systems and applications; adapt quickly to varying system configurations or processes across branches.
- Maintain process implementation and operational excellence, ensuring efficiencies in end‑to‑end flow to meet objectives.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Cover shifts at multiple branch locations, including Saturdays.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Sales experience is required; background in insurance, retail, hospitality, services, or call centers valued.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in prior roles.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills, including the ability to adapt communication style and maintain high effectiveness.
- Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.
- Current and valid driver’s license required.
- Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.
- Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and goals.
- Customer‑service experience.
- Competitive hourly base plus commissions.

Physical Requirements
- Office environment; standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods required.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Approximately 98% of time spent at a visual display terminal; 50–80% of time on a personal computer.
- Must be available to work at different branch locations, including Saturdays, and may travel by car, plane, or other transportation as needed.
