Responsibilities

The Growth Account Executive is focused on landing new customers and driving new business. You will own and manage the sales cycle to drive growth within the commercial market. This includes planning and strategizing on prospective customer engagements, and collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers to close new logos. You will be responsible for all elements of bookings growth, including prospecting, champion building, generating opportunities, managing pilots, and closing net new business.

AEs are quota-driven and represent Orum in the field.

We’ll provide you with training to succeed. Once fully ramped, you’ll have in-depth knowledge of our technology and enterprise software sales skills.

Salary: OTE of $120,000 - $160,000  selected, we will make an offer within this range that matches your experience. We respect your time and don’t intend to waste it.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role selling B2B SaaS to mid-market
  • Overachieving sales goals (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and avid prospector
Nice To Have
  • Experience with MEDDIC is helpful
  • Previously a top-performing SDR or experience in sales development in a hyper-growth startup
  • Experience selling to sales organizations or marketing leaders
