About Puro Clean
Puro Clean is known as "The Paramedics of Property Damage®" — a nationally recognized restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage. We are growing our Kalispell team and looking for a driven, personable Business Development Representative to help us expand our presence in the Flathead Valley.

• Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) including insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, plumbers, facilities managers, and other referral sources
• Conduct daily field visits to COIs throughout the Kalispell and Flathead Valley area
• Host Lunch and Learn events to educate referral partners about Puro Clean's services
• Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and industry association events
• Qualify prospects and develop a personalized route and sales activity plan
• Track and document all COI interactions and referral activity
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

• Base salary
• Tiered commission structure based on referred revenue generated

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Coachable and eager to learn our systems and processes
• Sales or customer service background preferred but not required
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for reporting and communication
