Responsibilities- Hunt for new business. Expand your network, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships through cold calls, on-site visits, referrals, and industry events
- Close the deal. Own the sales cycle from start to finish—lead generation, negotiations, closing, and account management.
- Hit your targets. Utilize consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals
- Work cross-functionally. Partner with leadership, pricing, procurement, project managers, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay organized. Keep detailed records of sales efforts in our CRM, participate in training, and attend company meetings
- Get out there. Travel 50-65% within your territory to meet clients, assess their needs, and deliver winning proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree & 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in Building Materials, Metals, Construction, or Architectural Services preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend contracts, blueprints, and construction drawings preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
- Comfortable walking long distances and lifting items (25-50 lbs.) when needed.
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
