As we continue to grow, Kalispell Ford is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Product Specialist in Kalispell, Montana. Automotive sales experience is not required. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build lasting relationships with customers and help them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle.

• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and provide a comfortable, no-pressure car-buying experience.

• Learn the features, technology, options and benefits of Ford vehicles and our pre-owned inventory.

• Provide professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Stay in touch with customers before, during and after their purchase.

• Develop the skills and confidence to answer questions and work through customer concerns.

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet individual and dealership goals.

• Represent Kalispell Ford with honesty, professionalism and a genuine desire to help people.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

• A professional and approachable appearance

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, hospitality or customer service can be helpful, but it is not required. We welcome applicants who are new to the automotive industry and ready to learn.
