Audience Sales & Support Specialist

The Daily Inter Lake, a division of Hagadone Media Group, is seeking an energetic Audience Sales & Support Specialist to help grow and support our print and digital subscriber base throughout Northwest Montana. This position combines print and digital subscription sales with customer support, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and turning conversations into opportunities to grow readership.

• Generate new print and digital subscription sales through outbound calls, prospecting, and community outreach.
• Assist current subscribers with account questions, subscription options, delivery concerns, and general customer service needs.
• Identify opportunities to retain, upgrade, or win back subscribers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers by phone and email.
• Promote subscription offers, packages, and special promotions.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
• Prospect for new customers through referrals, lead generation, events, and community connections.
• Meet monthly subscription sales, retention, and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
• Help resolve subscriber concerns quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with circulation, marketing, and other departments to improve the subscriber experience and grow readership.

• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or similar experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM or customer-management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and talent. Base plus commission.
