Insights has quickly become a trusted business publication with loyal readers and strong support from the Northwest Montana business community. Each month, it highlights the people, companies and organizations shaping the region — creating a product that readers value andlocal businesses want to be part of.

We’re ready to take Insights to the next level. Inthis role, you’ll focus on growing revenue, developing new business,strengthening client relationships and connecting local businesses with marketing opportunities that help them reach their goals.

You’ll have the foundation of an established publication,the support of Hagadone Media Montana’s broader print and digital marketing portfolio, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in the Northwest Montana business community.

• Grow revenue: Meet sales goals through new business development, account growth and client retention.
• Prospect new clients: Identify businesses and organizations that are a strong fit for Insights and related marketing products.
• Build relationships: Learn each client’s goals and recommend marketing solutions that support their success.
• Be active in the community: Represent Insights at business, chamber and community events throughout Northwest Montana.
• Expand account opportunities: Connect clients with additional Hagadone Media Montana print and digital marketing solutions when appropriate.
• Stay organized:Maintain accurate client information, opportunities and sales activity in the company’sCRM.

• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Consultative approach to sales
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized,disciplined and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Comfortable networking and representing Insights in the business community
• Curiosity about local businesses and the Northwest Montana economy
• Ability to learn and effectively sell print, digital and content-based marketing products

• Proven experience insales, business development or account management
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Media or advertising experience is helpful but not required
• Experience using CRMsystems preferred
• Valid driver'slicense
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
