state-of-the-art facility right here in Kalispell, Montana. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Accessories/Aftermarket Service Advisor to join our KTX Department and take our vehicle builds to the next level.

In this role, you will help customers personalize their cars and trucks with factory, aftermarket and high-performance accessories. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in the automotive industry and takes pride in recommending quality products while having fun with their career. You will build lasting customer relationships while providing the friendly, straightforward experience Kalispell Toyota is known for.

What You'll Do
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on factory, aftermarket and high-performance accessories for cars and trucks.

  • Help customers make informed purchasing decisions based on their vehicle, needs and preferences.

  • Deliver friendly, proactive customer service that builds customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Use Google Sheets to track sales, manage inventory and analyze information to support business decisions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and aftermarket vendors.

  • Learn and utilize CDK and Toyota Smart Path to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

  • Use critical thinking and creative problem-solving to address customer questions and resolve accessory-related concerns.

  • Confirm the fitment, availability and quality of products before installation or delivery.

  • Provide clear product information, instructions and guidance when needed.

  • Stay current on new products, trends and developments within the automotive aftermarket and performance industry.

  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify opportunities, meet department goals and create a seamless experience for customers.

  • Maintain accurate sales, inventory and financial records.

What You'll Need
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other computer applications.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of customer needs.

  • A willingness to learn new software, including CDK and Toyota Smart Path.

  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, particularly when verifying product compatibility and fitment.

  • The ability to build positive working relationships with customers, coworkers and vendors.

  • Previous experience with automotive accessories or aftermarket performance products is preferred, but not required.
