Sales Representative

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a local client seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team in the Kalispell/Whitefish area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and building strong customer relationships while earning a competitive base wage plus commission.

• $26.00/hour + Commission
• Full-time position
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday through Saturday (may transition to Thursday through Sunday)

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct customer engagement and door-to-door sales efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is driven by results and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

• Generate new business through prospecting and sales activities
• Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door outreach
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Educate customers on available products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes
• Participate in community events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Complete all required sales documentation and administrative tasks

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to read, write, and speak English;
  Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
• Acceptable driving record

• Approximately 90% of work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequent walking and door-to-door engagement
  
  Minimal office time
• Territory includes the Kalispell and Whitefish areas
