We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join our maintenance team as an Electrician Technician. This role requires basic mechanical and electrical knowledge and includes preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations involving electrical troubleshooting, breaker replacements, lighting, electric heaters, and remodel rough-ins. The Electrician Technician will also coordinate with outside contractors on sourced projects, maintain accurate service logs for resort equipment, and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a friendly and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while working both independently and as part of a team. Previous electrical experience and certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Respond to all service requests in a timely manner
Communicate with all team members on pending projects and repair status
Consistently follow assigned work schedules
Maintain service logs for all resort equipment
Keep work areas clean and organized and maintain a parts inventory
Work with outside contractors on sourced projects
Safely lift 50–75 lbs., use ladders, and work in all four seasons in a mountain environment
Follow through on all projects and tasks assigned by supervisors
Valid Driver’s License
Self-motivated team player
Friendly and dependable demeanor
Must have or be willing to obtain EPA Universal Refrigeration License
