Looking for physical warehouse work and getting paid to work out? This position requires ability to lift upwards of 1750 cases (aprox. 60lbs consistently) per day for 8+ hours on concrete floors during peak season while safely operating powered equiment. Build endurance and have an opportunity for growth for top performers while executing consistent tasks evenings Monday-Friday.

Candidates must be able to learn and use forklifts, rider jacks, and walking pallet jacks in a safe manner. The postion provides autonomy to complete work tasks but must be able to take directions from managers while working and communicating professionally with a team to meet nightly expectations in a timely manner. Candidates will also need to be familiar with cellphone and app usage.

(Ability to learn/use powered equipment (pallet jack, rider pallet jack, forklift) safely. Mix of independent and teamwork. Ability to use phone/computer applications to complete work tasks, working until the job is done)

The Pepsi Warehouse has Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to follow to meet daily business needs and expectations. All these will be covered during the onboarding experience.

Fulfillment - At a basic level for daily systems use, candidates are required to have the ability to operate powered equipment safely and use a cell phone and hand scanner with an Easy Pick application. At an advance level, candidates are required to have the additional ability to use computers with VIP and WebTL applications and communicate professionally through email, Easy Ops application on a cell phone, and drive a manual transmission tractor trailer

High-Vis stripes (company provided) and Safety Toe shoes ($100 reimbursement/year) are required on the warehouse floor. While not directly related to the warehouse position SOPs, ideal candidates for the warehouse are highly efficient, hard-working, self-sufficient, consistent, and can manage their time in a professional working environment where other employees rely on their execution to get their job done well. Keeping a clean, neat, and organized warehouse should always be top of mind. Daily project work around the warehouse includes, but is not limited to, sweeping/mopping floors, neatly stacking product in the pick line, disposing of trash and damaged product, organizing and sorting dunnage, cleaning powered equipment, and performing battery maintenance on powered equipment

While the warehouse is not a customer-facing position, occasional customer service and safely loading product into a customer vehicle is required.
