Widmyer Facilities is hiring a Multifamily Maintenance Technician in Kalispell, responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of multifamily apartment communities. The technician will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. They must pass a background check and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
