As a Foreman, You Will:
  • Take full ownership of daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate multiple crews to deliver high‑quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership on scheduling, logistics, and client expectations.
  • Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret landscape designs and construction plans, translating them into clear field execution.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of equipment, materials, and tools.
  • Communicate directly with clients as needed, representing 4 Seasons with professionalism.
  • Track production rates, manage labor hours, and document project progress.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping, irrigation, and equipment operation.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 4–6 people effectively.
  • Ability to read and execute from landscape blueprints and plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL is a plus).
  • Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors in all conditions.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
