RV Service Technician

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on RV Technician to join our service team. In this role you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You’ll work under experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

As an RV Technician, your key objectives include contributing to a high‑performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines; developing technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on‑the‑job training; and supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work, timely service, and a helpful attitude.

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute a “Get Ready” and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with the installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
  
  Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
  
  Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Own a set of personal tools.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time.
• Capacity to lift 25–50 lbs with an assistive device.
• Acceptance of work environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays (company closed Sundays).
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
