Culligan of Kalispell is seeking an outgoing, upbeat, and motivated team member who is driven to succeed in the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers. Our product line includes water softeners, drinking water systems, and customized solutions for problem water applications.
Our Service Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership's success. This position provides face-to-face customer service to both existing and prospective customers while representing the Culligan brand throughout the community. Service Technicians also play an important role in communicating customer needs and service information with other departments within the dealership. Qualifications:
- Previous experience in water treatment and/or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical related industry is preferred, although not required
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License and be insurable by Company insurance plan
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (expected to be able to sit, stand, lift up to 90 lbs and maneuver within tight spaces)
- Must be able to safely operate/drive a commercial vehicle on a daily basis for approximately 6-8 hours
- Mechanically inclined, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
- Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
- Demonstrate competency in Windows, Android and other software platforms
- Outstanding "team" attitude
- Clean and professional appearance
Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check, as applicable.
Pay Range:
Base Hourly: $22/hour After Probationary Period:
Base Hourly + Commission ($4-$7/hour) i.e. $26 - $29 per hour. Compensation: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
