Field Service Technician – Kalispell, MT. Help diagnose, repair, and service heavy construction machinery for customers on‑site.

• $32 – $47+ per hour

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or at the customer’s site.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and timely with customers and management during the repair process.
• Prioritize safety at all times by following guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment in the field truck.
• Keep abreast of evolving technology through training and learning new skills.

• Experience in diesel mechanics or mechanical background, preferably including diesel mechanics schooling.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and focus on specifics.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.

• Work with a diverse range of equipment, including lawn, land and compact construction equipment.
