Responsibilities
The HVAC Service Technician will exhibit proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, repairing and cleaning of heating, cooling and related systems (i.e., boiler, forced air, hydronic, split systems, package units, make up air and exhaust systems, controls) on all types of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
Services products and equipment related to HVAC systems
Follows engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units
Performs preventative maintenance, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by clients
Documents work performed for each client
Provides technical support to clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications4 Years of HVAC Experience is required
Must have latest technology capabilities
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Refrigeration license up to date 608 type 1 & 2
Nate certified is a positive
Computer hands on operation capability
Professional trouble shooter (not a parts changer)
Full knowledge of HVAC system operations with airflow diagnostics
Self-starter and team player
Be able to go in and out of crawl spaces and attics
Employment history reflecting long term employment (no job hopping)
Determined, hardworking and detail orientated
Must be organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Passion for our team, your job and your clients
Valid clean driver's license, Criminal Background Check, Pass drug test
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
