Responsibilities- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes
- Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork/invoicing
- Manage product accountability and settlements with precision
- Be the face of our locally owned business at every stop
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in‑store promotions, and rotate products
- Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied
- Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks
- Perform heavy lifting (60‑85 lbs.) in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy
- Valid Class A CDL (No restrictions)
- Ability to drive a manual transmission tractor
- A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly
- Customer‑service driven, organized, accurate, and solution‑oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCommercial Driver's License, Class
A. Must obtain a DOT medical card. Must meet company driver qualifications.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to perform basic math and business math functions.
Reasoning SkillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
