Overview
This position ensures proper and efficient product flow to the organization by receiving, staging, and delivering incoming freight from various shipping sources. It coordinates and processes outgoing shipping of products via common carrier or courier services as appropriate. All necessary data for received products is processed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business math (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
- Computer data entry experience.
- Prior experience in a Receiving position preferred.
- Forklift certification required (may be obtained post‑hire).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a planned manner without direct supervision.
- Ability to make independent judgments under stressful situations at times.
- Receives, signs and takes responsibility for deliveries, noting any damage or shortage on the bill of lading.
- Reconciles received product(s) with the vendor packing slip for quantity, packing unit, catalog number, and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Organizes received goods continually to ensure efficient product flow.
- Accurately enters all receipts into the designated system, ensuring correct PO, quantity, and packing unit.
- Prints and affixes all receiving documents in the quantity appropriate for each specific delivery location for both external and internal deliveries.
- Delivers internal products to designated locations, obtaining necessary signatures as applicable.
- Receives and delivers all non‑Materials Management (MM) ordered items, recording them in the applicable log and obtaining signatures as required.
- Organizes and assists all Operations Center incoming deliveries for routing to internal departments.
- Prepares packages and processes for shipping through UPS/Fed Ex/Freight expeditiously; orders and stocks all shipping materials necessary from the appropriate shipping companies.
- Operates all Material Handling Equipment safely, maintaining applicable certifications (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, delivery carts).
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance at work as scheduled by department leadership.
Receiving and warehouse environment; area is well lit and ventilated.
Shift and ScheduleDay Shift – 8 Hours (United States of America). Primarily weekdays, Monday through Friday.
