• Safely operate commercial trucks (CDL & non-CDL) to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork and invoicing.
• Manage product accountability and settlements with precision.
• Be the face of our locally‑owned business at every stop.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in‑store promotions, and rotate products.
• Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Perform heavy lifting (60‑85 lbs.) in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy.

• Valid Class A CDL (no restrictions) with ability to drive a manual transmission tractor.
• A clean MVR and commitment to safe driving.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly.
• Customer‑service driven, organized, accurate, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• DOT medical card and compliance with company driver qualifications.
