Pepsi Class A CDL Warehouse Lead – Kalispell, MT

Primary location:
Kalispell, Montana. This position is a warehouse ordering and fulfillment role focused on timely and accurate order processing in a high-volume environment.

• Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and stage products for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, rider jacks, and pallet jacks (Class A CDL preferred).
• Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and satisfy nightly production goals.
• Assist with occasional customer loading as needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong attendance and reliability; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic experience with smartphones or mobile apps; familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software.
• Preferred: warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience; forklift or pallet jack operation certification.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Basic math skills and the ability to apply common sense to follow instructions.

• Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Handle high-volume workloads (up to 1,750 cases per shift).
• Stand, walk, and perform continuous physical labor for 8+ hours on concrete floors.
