• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move pallets and warehouse products.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Palletize bags and warehouse inventory.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Operate forklifts, skid loaders, end loaders, and other equipment.
• Inspect trucks and railcars before loading.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations or supply chain processes.
• Meet the minimum age requirement.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics for inventory and order counts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work extra hours during busy seasons.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and climb throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and different weather conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must successfully complete any required pre-employment screening if applicable.
