Coordinator of Corporate Services Hours

40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm)

The Coordinator of Corporate Services will demonstrate strong initiative, exemplary multitasking capabilities, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with efficiency and precision. We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and adaptable professional to join our Kamloops team.

This full-time position supports multiple departments—including Communications, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Leadership. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, the Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support, manages confidential information, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations across the Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive administrative support to multiple departments.
  • Prioritize, manage, and switch between tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Input, maintain, and validate data across internal platforms and software.
  • Format, edit, and proofread complex documents and spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • Maintain confidential records and information with integrity.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) for daily tasks.
  • Assist with developing and implementing internal processes and improvements.
  • Support HR and Payroll functions (experience considered an asset).
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure strong communication and smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the supervisor or designate.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (skills testing will be required).
  • Ability to format and proofread detailed and technical documents accurately.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite tools (password protection, digital signatures, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, platforms, and processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Physically able to perform general office duties.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Completion of administrative courses or training (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or office experience in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
  • Experience using standard office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check (renewed every five years).
