In this casual position, you will be essential in coordinating administrative activities and client support within the Mental Health program framework. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, data entry, and correspondence management, all while adhering to Interior Health's policies. Utilizing excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask will help maintain efficient program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential reception and clerical services
• Execute client scheduling and data management tasks
• Prepare reports and routine documents
• Maintain medical supply inventories and organized spaces
• Facilitate supply deliveries and related logistics
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and office administration certificate required
• Minimum of one year related experience preferable
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Typing proficiency at 40 nwpm or higher
• Willing to accept on-call, casual work assignments
