Chase & District Health Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Patient Registration Health Records Clerk to join their team in Chase,

This position works rotating days 07:45 to 15:45

• Patient Registration
• Books outpatient appointments
• Pulls and assembles charts
• Reception duties
• Cashier functions – journal entry, balances cash daily, prepares bank deposits and cash reports
• Health records duties - pulling and assembling charts/files; identifying and processing corrections; receiving and processing requests for release of information; pulling designated classes of files; reviewing completed charts and files; calculating and maintaining statistics; monitoring and maintaining health record tracking systems

• A 5-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted).  for testing details.
• Your Resume outlining one year recent related experience, Or an equal combination of education, training and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).
