In this role, your contributions will enhance the operation of the constituency office. You will interact with constituents, assist with various administrative tasks, and support the Member of Parliament with client service. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for public service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, prioritize, and organize constituent communications
• Greet visitors and respond to phone inquiries
• Provide administrative support and assist with filing documents
• Engage in data entry and manage office correspondence
• Collaborate with the team to reinforce office service
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Customer service background in administrative settings
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills
• Ability to adapt to varying work schedules including weekends
