About the Role
Infracon Construction is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Process & Procedure Writer / Document Control Lead to help build the documentation systems that support how our company operates, communicates, and executes work.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You will work across the business to turn operational knowledge, informal processes, existing templates, and subject matter expertise into clear, practical, and professional documentation that can be used by both field and office teams.

As Infracon continues to grow, strong documentation is becoming increasingly important to support consistency, efficiency, training, compliance, project execution, and commercial accountability. This role will help establish a more organized and reliable framework for how documents are created, reviewed, approved, stored, updated, and controlled across the company.

You will play a key role in reducing rework, improving consistency, and making it easier for teams to access the right information at the right time. By creating practical procedures, templates, forms, reports, and controlled documents, you will help support better communication, stronger execution, and more efficient workflows across operations, estimating, HSE, HR, corporate services, and project teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, systems thinker, and practical problem-solver who can work confidently with senior leaders and subject matter experts. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a company-wide function, build something meaningful, and have a direct impact on how a growing construction organization operates.

Key Responsibilities
Document System Development & Ownership

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide standards for document creation, formatting, naming conventions, version control, and document ownership

Establish a controlled document lifecycle, including draft, review, approval, distribution, revision, archiving, and retirement of outdated documents

Create a consistent structure for procedures, forms, templates, reports, submissions, and controlled documents

Build a reliable document control framework that supports both corporate and project-level requirements

Ensure documents are easy to find, easy to use, and consistently maintained

Identify gaps in current documentation systems and develop practical solutions to improve structure, access, and accountability

Process & Procedure Writing

Write, edit, and standardize company processes, procedures, Safe Work Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, operational procedures, and internal guidelines

Develop documentation that is practical, clear, and usable in both field and office environments

Convert informal processes, verbal knowledge, and inconsistent practices into structured written procedures

Ensure documentation reflects actual operational needs while supporting company standards, safety expectations, and compliance requirements

Work with subject matter experts to gather information, validate content, and ensure documents are accurate and complete

Maintain a consistent tone, format, and level of detail across company documentation

Document Control & Repository Management

Act as the central point of ownership for company templates, procedures, forms, controlled documents, and key internal resources

Maintain a structured, accessible, and organized document repository

Eliminate duplication, conflicting versions, outdated documents, and uncontrolled templates

Manage document revision history, approvals, distribution records, and archived versions

Ensure approved documents are accessible to the appropriate teams and updated when required

Support audit readiness by maintaining clean, accurate, and traceable records
