As a full-time Process and Procedure Writer, you will create clear procedures and manage document control to support various company departments.
Your role will enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and ensure compliance in documentation practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop consistent structures for documentation
• Ensure document accessibility and usability for all teams
• Manage document revision history and control processes
• Collaborate with leadership to gather insights for documents
• Drive the creation of standardized templates for efficiency
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical writing and document management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Share Point
• Background in construction or project management preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
