In this key role, the Receptionist creates the first impression for Fulton, setting the tone for client and staff interactions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing calls, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the reception area. Your ability to handle multiple priorities will enhance the overall operation of the office while supporting a collaborative team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries with courtesy
• Set up and clean boardrooms for meetings and events
• Sort mail and coordinate courier services
• Liaise with lawyers and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate attendance records for two offices
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of receptionist or admin experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Positive mindset and adaptability
• Ability to manage confidentiality and discretion
