The Document Control Lead will take ownership of developing and managing documentation systems across the organization. You will create clear operational procedures, maintain document standards, and work directly with senior leaders to ensure documentation meets compliance and quality expectations. Collaboration with various teams is essential to support seamless workflows and improve access to information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop company-wide document standards and naming conventions
• Write and standardize operational procedures and guidelines
• Maintain an organized document repository and ensure version control
• Act as the primary point for document ownership and management
• Collaborate with senior leadership to streamline documentation needs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical writing and document control
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to work with various stakeholders across departments
• Previous experience in a construction or project-based environment
