Empire Life is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Assistant to support the Compliance team. In this permanent position, you’ll help with database management, facilitate compliance attestation cycles, and assist with regulatory filings. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for navigating the regulatory landscape effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the regulatory compliance database and updates
• Facilitate quarterly compliance attestation and certification
• Oversee policy acknowledgement and compliance training
• Prepare regulatory filings for bodies like OSFI and FINTRAC
• Provide administrative support to Legal and Compliance teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and procedural accuracy
• Well-developed writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance management systems
• Business or Legal Administration diploma preferred
