Elevate fleet management skills as a Fleet Administrator at Big Country Equipment Repair in Kamloops, British Columbia. This office-based role focuses on administration, coordination, and compliance for a diverse fleet.
The Fleet Administrator will work under the Fleet Manager to oversee daily fleet operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all vehicle regulations. You'll manage fleet assets, track GPS data, and analyze reports to optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the fleet management system accurately
• Schedule preventive maintenance for 50 service trucks
• Monitor telematics data for anomalies
• Coordinate vendor communication and work orders
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency with fleet management software preferred
• Strong Excel skills for data handling
• Knowledge of vehicle regulations is ideal
• Valid driver's license for F550-size vehicles
