As an integral team member at Kamloops Alliance Church, you will balance administrative duties and guest experiences during weekend services and special occasions. This position requires collaboration with user groups and church leaders to ensure smooth operational processes while focusing on providing an amazing experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate guest services for services and special events
• Liaise between church leaders and external groups
• Support leader training and development programs
• Manage administrative tasks and project coordination
• Ensure all operational details are organized and accessible
Requirements:
• Strong background in administration and organization
• Excellent communication skills with guest-oriented focus
• Experience in hospitality or similar roles
• Ability to work well with diverse teams
• Dedication to fostering a positive church environment
