Support Everguard Fire Safety's mission as a Support Coordinator in Kamloops, BC. This role combines administrative duties with sales support, focusing on client and team collaboration.
At Everguard, you will facilitate smooth sales and service operations. Your contributions will include preparing quotes, validating details with technicians, and managing customer inquiries. Ensuring a high standard of service is essential, alongside adherence to safety practices in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices and quotations for customer orders
• Collaborate with field teams on client detail accuracy
• Address service inquiries and billing questions
• Maintain internal records and document management
• Offer support to Branch and Regional teams as needed
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a service or administrative role
• Preferred education in fire protection or related fields
• Self-motivated with strong client engagement skills
• Capacity to excel in a high-volume environment
