Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers
• Manage reporting on Labour, Equipment, and Materials
• Prepare weekly safety and progress project reports
• Coordinate logistics, including travel and safety tracking
• Maintain detailed project records and assist with document control
Requirements:
• Business Administration diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of administrative experience in relevant fields
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
